Desert Lobby products are designed for personal use and require special care. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchanges or returns on any of our products. Once an item leaves our studio, it is never reshipped to another customer 🧿

However, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided that your items have not yet been shipped. Please note that cancellations are not possible for custom designs or personalized pieces ❤️
